Something from something I got fromTarot.com

The card I got was in the Recent Past, with Four of Pentacles, Goddess Deck:

Relinquish inauthentic traits and tendencies you adopted as a child.

The card in the Recent Past position refers to events that are just departing, recently influential but now diminishing in power.

With the Four of Coins in this position, you have discovered that parts of your personality are not authentically yours. They are the results of conditioning -- the influence of your parents, religious training, teachers and so forth. This is normal, but now you have an opportunity to let go of inauthentic traits and tendencies you adopted as a child.

Don't overlook the possibility, however, that some of these traits could be positive, which you may want to keep. Ask yourself "What can I use from this endowment?" Even some negative qualities that have come down to you can be transformed into positive expression.

In the English-school decks, we see the image of a person who is stuck in his or her misunderstanding of how the material plane works. He's afraid to let go of his four measly coins, because he doesn't know he has to give in order to get. When looked at this way, this is the card of "poverty consciousness."

Ti... That bold thing scares me.
